appearance was super ugly, better say is super 7,

selling my 12x F2.8 = downgrade foto quality
- oversea trip w/ new toyz seems crazily heavy lor.....um.....
Dilemma :
1/ buy a nice lens & sell my luvly 12x 2.8
then wait R8 (any other DCs) price drop & "in hand"
= $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
2/ keep the 12x & do nth!!
= SAVE $!!!!
Conclusion :
Wish list priority #1 should be - get rich ASAP lah!!!!!!!!!

o i broke my awesome light Minolta some times ago, and can not decide if I should go for the prosumer Panasonic models (10 or 12x optical, with the lens propped out from the machine), or DSLR level....
worse, i need to make decision soon since I will have two trips in coming months....
oh...ur old minolta is 12X that light prosumer series ah?? i think u hv to decide by considering the way u use the camera lah~
actually i bought a DSLR & super heavy lens this month, but that combo main purpose is for concert shooting~ (u un ga lah)
yet, for causal usage, i think nice quality DC is much better~!!
if ur tripz juz play play, taking big head foto & not decide to take landscape foto that serious, i think DC is fine!!!
my grandma using Lumix 3X DC, foto in Greek r very nice!!
if u consider prosumer, currently is 18X already; those propped out lens one really ng dim gah....i tried so many model, 光圈太細，zoom遠左dd already好鬼暗！yet, i would suggest entry level DSLR kit instead. Abt the SAME price & LIGHT enuff.
DSLR might consider :
Sony A200/300 (2 lens kit set combo is competitive pricing but general sony lens is expensive!!)
Nikon D40/x [D60 coming] (i won't consider this particular nikon model as it needs EXPENSIVE lens...etc)
Canon 400d (450d is coming but price is a but higher & duno if it releases b4 ur trip or not)
Olympus & Pentax quality not bad but a bit more diff to buy lens & resell in HK 2nd hand mkt.
p.s. for all kind of cam, juz dun buy casio & samsung is OK!!!
I used the DC in construction sites for record taking and I broke it when I dropped it to the ground, moving my body out from a car back to the office. (luckily, now I use iFon to take those photos.)

release date of 450D seems March, but it's "much more" exp than 400d wor~!!
