k, the story - i formatted my computer & installed winXP SP2
then it can't recognize my TV card....
when i use the other TV card which is hardware encoding mpg2...it freezex~!!!!
& change back to this stupid card....after uninstall & reinstall & install & balabala bah~
it's still $%!$#%)(#%)^*%)^*@)$&)^&*(.......
anyone can help?! ~sigh~
p.s. i can't un wth r those com port problem 2....damn~
